About Dr. Marasco

Dr. Marasco has over 20 years experience working as a licensed veterinarian. Primarily treating dogs and cats, he has spent most of his career in the San Francisco Bay regularly working with other treating providers and specialists.

Experience

During his 28 years of practice, he has worked in a variety of positions and locations, focusing on small animal medicine, as well as emergency medicine. He worked as both a small animal clinician, as well as an emergency clinician at Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA for five years. He devoted three years of practice life to feline medicine at VCA Hemingway Cat Hospital in Saratoga, CA, as well as, most recently The Cat Hospital of Portland. While his wife pursued her graduate training, he had the opportunity to work at South Kendall Animal Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Dr. Marasco is excited to embark on a fresh direction in his practice life. A home visit practice now offers him the opportunity to spend more time with his clients and patients, effectively a more personal way to manage their wellness and health needs.
